Assign tasks for incidents (Northstar)

To ensure that someone in your organization is investigating and fixing code that generated an incident, assign a task to the appropriate user.

Steps

  1. From the Incidents page, select an incident.

  2. From Assigned to, select a name.

    Names are sorted alphabetically, by first name.

Escalate an incident

  1. From the incidents page, select an incident.

  2. In the What Happened section, select Escalate.

  3. Create an email message for the person you want to contact about the incident.
