Troubleshoot

If you are unable to complete installation and onboarding through the GitHub App, try these options.

  • Look at cookies. Clear the ONBOARDING_SESSION cookie manually

  • Reinstall the app. Close the browser and uninstall the app; then reinstall the app

If you are unable to run any workflows:

  • Check Actions permissions in GitHub. Make sure the Disable actions option is not selected under the permissions tab of your GitHub account settings. If the option is selected, then the workflow will not run and perform the analysis.
